This series made from defunct handmade beehive frames visualises statistics for labour. The first records the average number of bee visits required to pollinate an apple blossom to create one export-quality apple; the second records the number of kilograms of honey created per swarm; and the third the number of Rands a farm labourer is paid daily in South Africa (2014).
